When you arrive at the Pattaya Bay Resort, you will be greeted by our reception staff in the traditional Thai manner - the "Wai" as a sign of respect, presented with a cool cloth towel to wash your hands and refresh your face and given a cold tropical fruit drink to quench your thirst.
Your check-in will be made as simple as possible and within a few minutes you will be escorted to your room by one of our friendly staff members.
Our General Manager lives in the resort and a management team member is always on-duty and available to answer any of your questions or assist you with any of your needs - no matter how small !!
The Pattaya Bay Resort employs its own highly trained engineer who also lives onsite. He was present on a daily basis during the entire construction process and is familiar with all systems and components of the hotel. Any physical plant problems needing repair are given immediate attention.
