Hotel room rates are per night for single or double occupancy. One child, aged 12 and under, can stay free of charge in the same room with parents sharing the same bed(s). All rates are in Thai Baht. Room rates include all service charges and 7% VAT. Extra person in room, day bed, baby crib in room or use of the sofa bed, additional B500.00 per day. Until you have a confirmed reservation, rates are subject to change without prior notice. A 500.00 baht per night refundable security deposit is required upon check-in.

Late check-out or early check-in are based on room availability at the time and may be subject to additional charges.
We do not require a reservation deposit (Except between Christmas & New Year's) unless you are checking in after 18:00. All room reservations will be held until 18:00 unless guaranteed for late arrival by a credit card for the first night's stay.
Cancellation and refund policy for guaranteed reservations - We require 48 hours advance notice (Thailand time) for a full refund. Otherwise, the first night's stay will be charged to the credit card. Please call us if you think you might not arrive by 18:00 and have not guaranteed your reservation - 038-724-222.
All foreign nationals are required by Thai law to present a passport with vaild visa stamp upon arrival. Thai nationals are required to present their Thai identification card.
