We offer monthly rates only on our rooms for stays of 30 days or more.
Also look for our special promotions during low season applicable on all room types.
All room rates below and charges are subject to an additional 7% government tax.

Request in Guaranteed booking: All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card (Visa and Master card only). Mentioned credit card will be pre authorized for 10,000 THB.
One month pre-payment is required: To be settled latest upon check-in, and at the beginning of each following month. One month is considered thirty (30) nights. Extra nights will be pro-rated. There are no refunds or prorations for early check-outs for our monthly rates for any reason. Monthly rates cannot be converted to other rates after your check-in.
The monthly rate includes room cleaning, bottled water and fresh linen twice per week.
Electricity will be charged at THB. 7.00.- per kilowatt hour of electricity used (average monthly electric bill is 1,800.00 baht).
Breakfast is not included in our monthly rates. Breakfast is available at THB. 125 + VAT per person.
All rates quoted are in Thai Baht and based on room availability at time of booking.

Cancellation and No show policy for guaranteed reservations: Cancellation must be made prior to 7 days of designated arrival date. Otherwise, equivalent of three night's stay will be charged to GTD credit card for cancellation fee and equivalent of seven’s night’s stay will be charged to GTD credit card for No show. Cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions. Applies only to individual room reservations.
